Whether you have a large greenfield project or a small system modification, Fusion Refrigeration can produce your next project design documents from start to finish.  The complete Fusion package includes development of the project objective, justification for funding requests, calculations, complete system design with equipment selection, drawings, assistance selecting an installation contractor, and execution support throughout construction and commissioning.  Fusion will function as your advocate during the entire process.

Does something seem off in your refrigeration system?  Are you noticing it is not meeting temps or production loads?  It could be your system is experiencing a problem that can’t be solved with routine maintenance.  Fusion can provide system diagnostic services to analyze the issue and make recommendations for improvement.

Fusion can perform any type of on-site study on your refrigeration system.  These custom studies can range from analysis of known or recurring problems all the way to planning for future expansion.  Fusion further specializes in energy efficiency projects and ROI analysis.  Engineering studies can also include auxiliary plant systems such as air balance and under-floor heat.  Fusion can create a plan which may be used as a basis for further action or funding.

Fusion can provide the PSM program compliant documents that your facility needs.  Our complete PSI reports consist of detailed system compliance checks for ventilation, relief headers, ammonia inventory, or material and energy balance as well as piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs).  We can update and modify existing documents or work from scratch to create new reports.
